Precision Machining of Advanced Materials
Deep Hole Machining

Deep Hole Machining for Difficult-to-Machine Materials
Focused on Achieving Superior Straightness

Deep hole machining requires not only fundamental machining techniques, but also careful consideration of how to maintain straightness and how to efficiently evacuate chips from inside the hole.

To address these challenges, we design our own tools in-house and have them custom-made by manufacturers or produced internally.

We do not operate dedicated deep hole drilling machines such as gun drilling machines, and we do not specialize in simple deep hole machining for general materials.
The value of working with Top Seiko lies in cases where deep hole machining is difficult with standard approaches—such as when working with difficult-to-machine materials, or when additional machining processes are required and deep hole machining must be integrated into the same process.
