Message from the President

Inheritance and Evolution Entering a New Stage Through Our Second Founding

In June 2025, I assumed the role of President as the third-generation leader. Being appointed in my 30s—transitioning directly from Sales Manager to President—was a great surprise not only to those around me, but also to myself. Nevertheless, I am fully committed to fulfilling the mission entrusted to me and moving forward with determination.

Top Seiko was founded in 2001 with the strong vision of becoming the world’s leading manufacturer of precision machined components. Guided by this vision and supported by those who shared it, we have established a solid business foundation in precision machining of ceramics and refractory metals. Today, we contribute to a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, aerospace, infrastructure, and automotive. This foundation is a significant asset and competitive advantage for our company. However, sustainable growth cannot be achieved by simply continuing along the same path.

To drive further growth, we began full-scale entry into the field of diffusion bonding in 2025, leveraging our existing core technologies to expand our business domain. Diffusion bonding holds strong potential in terms of market demand and future growth, and we are confident that it will become a new pillar of our business. In this sense, we are now in what can truly be described as our “second founding” phase. By combining our accumulated tangible and intangible assets with new technologies, we will continue to embrace challenges and accelerate the next stage of our business evolution.

At the same time, we are advancing organizational reforms to build a stronger and more open company during this second founding phase. The new management team has inherited from our founder the values of taking on unknown challenges without predefined answers and seeing them through to completion. With this shared mindset, we will operate as one team, fully committed to both inheritance and evolution. Our goal is to create an environment where each individual at Top Seiko can proactively embrace challenges under a new paradigm, maximize the strength of teamwork, and shape the future of manufacturing. We aim to remain an indispensable partner for society and for our customers for many years to come.

We sincerely appreciate your continued guidance and support.
