Zirconia clamping part with grooves and holes used in various manufacturing devices.
Description

Zirconia has properties such as high abrasion resistance, high tenacity and low thermal conductivity. Therefore it is a popular material for clamping parts. It has fine grain and can be machined with high accuracy. Like the sample above, we process narrow grooves and micro holes on zirconia material by milling.
