We are pleased to announce that six new graduates have joined Top Seiko as new employees for the year 2022!

This brings our company’s employee count to more than 100, which is a big milestone.
We would like to thank our customers for your business with us.

We had an initiation ceremony in the morning, where each new employee introduced himself/herself in front of other employees.

After about a month of classroom learning, they will have manufacturing training.
They will be assigned to their respective departments once training is over.
Every year, the training system for new employees is enhanced.
We are trying to let them to get accustomed to job and the company easily.

We understand that there may be many things that are new to them at first.
We, including our new colleagues, will continue to take on the challenge of difficult machining parts as one team!
